I'm comfortable being the only technical person in the room, figuring out the architecture, making the UX decisions, handling payments and compliance, setting up infrastructure, and getting it into people's hands.
I've done this from scratch multiple times. I also build AI agents and integrate LLMs into real workflows, not as demos, but as tools people actually use. If you need something built properly by someone who'll own the full picture, that's what I do.
Booking and management platform for activity providers like riding schools, dance studios, and similar businesses. Handles the specific scheduling, participant management, and business logic these providers actually need.
A platform for service businesses like tax advisors and visa agencies. Streamlines client data collection, order forms, and automates what happens next. Routing data through processes so nothing falls through the cracks.
A Norwegian platform for booking hunting and outdoor experiences. Inherited a fragile early codebase, rebuilt it into a maintainable production app, and keep improving booking, payments (Stripe), and how providers create and publish offerings.
